Newton established Waiuku and Franklin based house builder Diverse Building Ltd in 2006 with a focus on tackling many different types of projects for customers due to the diverse skill set in his team. Although specialising in new to high end housing Diverse Building also undertakes renovations and restorations, decks and fencing as well as repairs and maintenance projects on existing homes. Newton first trained as a builder in 1995 and brings over two decades of industry experience to his customers offering specialist expertise in timber framed housing. Newton is backed by a loyal team of accomplished builders which means the result is only the highest quality of workmanship, delivering projects on time and on budget to his clients.
